The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a vacuum heat insulation and preservation plate, and belongs to the technical field of external wall heat preservation materials for buildings. The vacuum heat insulation and preservation plate comprises a core material plate and a protective layer, the protective layer wraps the periphery of the core material plate, and the manufacturing steps comprise manufacturing the core material plate, adding prepared core material plate raw materials into a stirrer, adding water, and conducting stirring to form slurry; feeding a slurry-like core material plate raw material into a forming mold, carrying out extrusion forming to obtain a formed core material plate, obtaining a protective layer consisting of a cement fiber felt and a polyvinyl alcohol film, finally adding a getter into through holes in the core material plate, coating two plate surfaces of the core material plate with a fireproof adhesive, and wrapping the periphery of the core material plate with the protective layer; and conducting extruding by using a roller, conducting drying, polishing and trimming, placing the obtained material in a shade place until complete curing, spraying a waterproof agent and a moisture-proof agent, and conducting sealing and packaging. The problems that in the prior art, an insulation plate is high in manufacturing cost and not high in heat resistance are solved, operation is easy and convenient, and practicability is high.
本发明公开了一种真空绝热保温板的制作工艺，属于建筑用外墙保温材料技术领域，包括芯材板和防护层，防护层包裹在芯材板外围，制作步骤包括芯材板的制作，配备的芯材板原料加入搅拌机内加水进行搅拌至浆状，将浆状物的芯材板原料送入成型模具内进行挤压成型，得到成型的芯材板，由水泥纤维毡和聚乙烯醇薄膜组成的防护层，最后将芯材板上的通孔中添加吸气剂，在芯材板的两个板面上涂覆防火粘合剂，将防护层包裹在芯材板外围，利用滚筒挤压，进行干燥、打磨和修边处理，放置阴凉处至完全固化，喷洒防水剂和防潮剂，密封包装。本发明解决了现有技术中的保温板制作成本高，耐热性不高的问题，操作简单方便，实用性强。
