The invention discloses a preparation method of a heat dissipation film for a sweeper, the heat dissipation film for the sweeper is prepared from 0.2-0.8 part of cellulose acetate, 2-10 parts of acetone, 40-150 parts of water, other auxiliaries and 15-25 parts of nanoparticles, the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing a certain amount of water and acetone, and mixing to form a mixed solvent; dissolving a certain amount of acid cellulose in the mixed solvent of water and acetone to form a transparent precursor solution; carrying out centrifugal separation on nano-microspheres with uniform sizes to obtain nano-microsphere particles, washing the nano-microsphere particles with deionized water, and then carrying out vacuum drying; dispersing the pre-dried nano-microspheres in the precursor solution, and stirring by adopting a magnetic stirrer to form a milk white suspension; and putting the milk white suspension into a casting machine for natural volatilization, thereby obtaining the large-area heat dissipation film for the sweeper. The heat dissipation film forms a three-dimensional structure system in the material, so that not only can the dispersion effect of the nano microbeads be improved, but also the solar radiation reflection capability of the nano microbeads can be enhanced, and the purpose of cooling the interior of the sweeper is achieved.
本发明公开了一种扫地车用散热薄膜的制备方法,扫地车用散热薄膜由0.2‑0.8份醋酸纤维素、2‑10份丙酮、40‑150份水、其他助剂以及15‑25份纳米微球制备得到,其制备方法:称取一定量的水和丙酮进行混合,形成混合溶剂;将一定量的酸纤维素溶解在水和丙酮的混合溶剂中,从而形成透明的前体溶液;采用均匀大小的纳米微球,经离心分离得到的纳米微球颗粒,并用去离子水洗涤,然后真空干燥;将预干燥的纳米微球分散在前体溶液中,采用磁力搅拌机进行搅拌,形成乳白色悬浮液;将乳白色悬浮液放入到流延机中进行自然挥发,从而得到大面积的扫地车用降温薄膜。本发明的降温薄膜在材料内部形成三维结构体系,不仅可以改善纳米微珠的分散效果,同时还能增强其反射太阳辐射能力,进而达到扫地车内降温的目的。
