The invention discloses an intelligent water-stable paver based on remote control, which comprises feeding bins, a feeding conveying line, a mixing bin, a material distributing bin, a discharging port, a paving mechanism and a control system, wherein a mixing device is arranged in the mixing bin, the material distributing bin is provided with a material distributing device, the paving mechanism comprises a tiling device, a flattening device and a compacting device, the control system comprises a power device, a wireless communication module and a controller, the controller is used for controlling the power device to rotate according to a wireless control instruction transmitted by the wireless communication module, and raw materials output from the multiple feeding bins are mixed and conveyed in a branch mode; the materials are discharged from the blanking port; and the discharged materials are flatly laid on the road surface and are subjected to flattening and compacting treatment. The automation degree is high, remote control can be achieved, and the labor cost is greatly saved; the working efficiency is improved, and the phenomena of non-uniform stirring and inaccurate grouting in the operation process due to human factors are reduced; and the tiling effect is good, the compaction degree of the cement stabilized macadam base is improved, and the construction quality is improved.
