The invention relates to the technical field of environmental sanitation cleaning, in particular to an efficient cleaning water recycling device which comprises an upper shell, a lower shell and a fan impeller installed in the middle of the upper shell and the lower shell, wherein the upper shell, the lower shell and the fan impeller are connected and fixed through a fan main shaft; and a bearing used for fixing the fan main shaft is installed at the joint of the fan main shaft and the upper shell, and a high-pressure spraying rod is further installed on the portion, which is located between the upper shell and the lower shell, of the fan main shaft. Specifically, a cleaning assembly integrated with a high-pressure spray rod is arranged, after the ground is cleaned through the high-pressure spray rod, the fan impeller in the closed space formed by the upper shell and the lower shell rapidly rotates to generate negative pressure, and sewage generated after the ground is cleaned through the high-pressure spray rod is recycled.
