The invention belongs to the field of stress testing, and relates to a three-dimensional vector measuring ball with a fixed base. The three-dimensional vector measuring ball comprises a spherical base, a plurality of pressure modules arranged on the spherical base, and a multi-core cable, wherein the multi-core cable is internally provided with wires matched with the pressure modules in number, and each pressure module is connected with one wire. The three-dimensional vector measuring ball further comprises a fixing system, wherein the fixing system comprises a positioning rod penetrating through the spherical base and a base expanded bottom arranged at the bottom of the spherical base; and one side, which is away from the spherical base, of the base expanded bottom is provided with an anchor rod used for fixing. The three-dimensional vector measuring ball fixes a sensor with surrounding soil, thereby being not easy to separate from the surrounding soil under the action of explosive shock waves, and improving the measurement accuracy. The positioning rod at the upper part of the sensor plays a role of assisting in embedding, can extend into a measuring hole, and can also realize observation and adjustment in the direction of a measuring point through being held by hand.
