The invention discloses an automatic ramming method and system for an underwater block stone foundation bed. The method comprises the following steps that an orientation instrument antenna and a positioning instrument antenna are installed at the center line position of a hammerhead of an automatic ramming machine on a working mother ship, and an industrial control computer is configured in a cabin and used for installing navigation positioning software; ship type design is carried out on an interface; an engineering base map in a DXF format is imported, or water depth point data in a DAT format or a user-defined format is imported to serve as a water depth base map; planning line wiring is carried out; and after parameters are set, a constructor accurately guides a rammer to the ramming point position according to the display of the industrial control computer, the plane position and the ramming range of the rammer are dynamically monitored in real time in the construction process, a database, software engineering and a GIS are combined, dynamic mapping and simulation are carried out on the ramming construction process, and strict process control and storage are achieved. According to the method, a high-precision positioning system is combined with the automatic ramming machine, so that the automation process of ramming construction is improved.
