The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile splicing connecting structure and a construction method thereof. The connecting structure comprises an original cast-in-place pile after final setting, a butt joint retaining head connected to the top of the original cast-in-place pile, a butt joint reinforcement cage connected to the upper portion of the butt joint retaining head and a pile casing connected to the outer side of the butt joint reinforcement cage; the butt joint reinforcement cage comprises an outer reinforcement cage body and an inner reinforcement cage body connected into the outer reinforcement cage body, and the inner reinforcement cage body is connected with the butt joint retaining head; the outer reinforcement cage body and the inner reinforcement cage body are connected through a connecting piece; and the bottom of the outer reinforcement cage body is in a grid shape. According to the cast-in-place pile splicing connecting structure and the construction method thereof, through the arrangement of the pile casing, the casting quality can be guaranteed, and safety is high; through the arrangement of the double reinforcement cage bodies, the strength of the cast-in-place pile is guaranteed, and the butt joint pile part can be further reinforced through the outer reinforcement cage body during pile splicing; and through expanded connection of a pile splicing area, force transmission at the connecting position is continuous, and better overall stability is achieved; and guide construction is conducted through a guide pipe, the hoisting precision is guaranteed, and the construction time is saved.
