The invention discloses an assembly type pre-stressed anchor cable structure which comprises an anchor head body, a lining part and an anchorage device, a steel strand is installed in the anchorage device through an elastic clamping piece, the periphery of the anchorage device is installed in an inner cavity of the lining part in a matched mode, a cavity matched with the lining part is formed in the anchor head body, and the lining part is arranged in the cavity in a matched mode. One end of the steel strand sequentially penetrates through the anchorage device, the lining piece and the anchor head body and then extends out of the outer side of the anchor head body. According to the assembly type pre-stressed anchor cable structure, after the anchor cable is installed in an actual project, due to deformation of a reinforced structure, the stress of the steel strand of the anchor cable is increased, the force is transmitted to the anchorage device through the steel strand, and after the stress between the anchorage device and the lining piece exceeds the ultimate bearing capacity of the metal teeth, the anchorage device starts to generate displacement. Therefore, the anchor cable is deformed, damage caused by too large stress of the steel strand is prevented, and the anchor cable deformation prevention device can be applied to a single-beam pre-stressed anchor cable structure and can also be applied to a multi-beam pre-stressed anchor cable structure.
本发明公开一种可装配式预应力锚索结构,包括锚头主体、内衬件和锚具,钢绞线通过弹性夹片安装于锚具中,锚具的外周配合安装于内衬件的内腔中,锚头主体中开设有与内衬件相匹配的空腔,内衬件配合设置于空腔内;钢绞线的一端依次穿过锚具、内衬件和锚头主体后伸出锚头主体外侧。本发明中的可装配式预应力锚索结构,当锚索安装到实际工程中后,由于被加固结构发生变形,导致锚索钢绞线受力增加,力通过钢绞线传递到锚具上,当锚具和内衬件之间的受力超过金属齿的极限承载力后,锚具就开始产生位移,从而使锚索产生变形,防止由于钢绞线受力过大产生的破坏,本发明不仅可以应用到单束预应力锚索结构上,也可以应用在多束预应力锚索结构上。
