A steel pipe is provided with a sliding block and a hardness breaking cone and connected with steel ribs; the sliding block is provided with a transmission shaft connected with a steel cable; the steel ribs are provided with elastic net-shaped materials; the steel pipe is provided with an elastic steel sheet and a thread; the hardness breaking cone is arranged at the top end of the steel pipe; the thread is arranged at the tail of the steel pipe; the sliding block is connected with the steel cable through the transmission shaft; the top end of the steel cable is connected with the transmission shaft; the steel ribs are connected with the elastic net-shaped materials; the top ends of the steel ribs are connected with the steel pipe; elastic iron sheets are connected between the steel ribs; and all the components are made of hard alloy steel. By arranging the hardness breaking cone, the steel ribs, the elastic net-shaped materials and the elastic iron sheets, sundries and garbage in a drainage pipeline can be rapidly and accurately fished out.
