The invention discloses a self-adaptive variable-stiffness gas spring tuned mass damper. The self-adaptive variable-stiffness gas spring tuned mass damper comprises a pair of gas spring systems, a gas pressure control system, a mass block unit, a sliding rail and a fixed support, wherein the sliding rail is fixedly arranged on a bottom plate; the mass block unit is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding mode; the pair of gas spring systems are symmetrically located on the two sides of the mass block unit; the ends of the gas spring systems are connected with the mass block unit; and the gas pressure control system is connected with the gas spring systems and adjusts the gas pressure of the gas spring systems to change the stiffness of the gas spring systems in a self-adaptive mode. According to the damping and stiffness-adjustable gas spring systems, due to the damping and stiffness integrated design, original configuration of a traditional TMD can be simplified, the stiffness of the spring systems can be adjusted through the gas pressure control system, the technical support is further provided for design of a variable frequency TMD, and the traditional TMD is greatly upgraded; and compared with the traditional TMD, the self-adaptive variable-stiffness gas spring TMD has the advantage that the working stroke advantage is more obvious.
