The invention discloses a high-energy-consumption damping wall. A damping plate outer frame is fixed between adjacent floors, and working chambers formed in the damping plate outer frame and between adjacent damping plates are filled with shear thickening liquid; a horizontal structure part on the upper portion of a T-shaped structure is connected with a pulley, then the pulley is placed on a sliding way, and the sliding way is fixedly connected with a lower structure of an upper floor; and a vertical structure part on the lower portion of the T-shaped structure penetrates into the damping plate outer frame, the two sides of the vertical structure part on the lower portion of the T-shaped structure are connected with prism structures, the vertical structure part on the lower portion of the T-shaped structure is subjected to hole forming treatment, and the peripheries of holes are fixedly connected with small prisms. The outer frame is completely closed, the production process is simple, the production cost is reduced, and the problems that a traditional viscous damping wall is complex in production process, not tight in sealing performance and the like are solved.
本发明公开一种高耗能阻尼墙,阻尼板外框固定在相邻楼层之间,在阻尼板外框内及相邻阻尼板间形成的工作腔室内均填充有剪切增稠液。T形结构上部水平结构部分与滑轮相接,然后将滑轮放到滑道上,滑道与上一层楼板下部结构固接。T形结构下部竖直结构部分穿入阻尼板外框,T形结构下部竖直结构部分两侧与棱柱结构连接并且T形结构下部竖直部分结构经过开洞处理,孔洞的四周与小棱柱固接。本发明外框架为完全密闭,生产工艺简单,降低生产成本,改善了传统粘滞阻尼墙生产工艺复杂,密闭性不严等问题。
