The invention relates to a hollow laminated slab with steel bar trusses and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the field of common building construction. The laminated slab comprises bottom prefabricated parts (1) and an upper laminated layer (2), wherein the prefabricated parts are strip-shaped; bottom plate steel bars (4) are arranged in bottom plates (3) of the prefabricated parts in two directions; three or more rows, five or more columns of light filling bodies (5) are arranged on the upper part of each prefabricated part; the steel bar trusses (8) are embedded into at least two longitudinal solid ribs; transverse brackets (12) are arranged in at least three transverse solid ribs; two or more prefabricated parts are connected in parallel; upper steel bars (17) of the laminated slab are arranged on the steel bar trusses or the transverse brackets; and concrete is poured to form the laminated slab. The laminated slab has light dead weight and large applicable span, is convenient to transport and mount, has high economy and applicability, and promotes the development of building technology.
本发明涉及一种带有钢筋桁架的空心叠合板及其制作方法,属于一般建筑物构造领域。该叠合板包括底部预制件(1)与上部叠合层(2),预制件为长条形,预制件的底板(3)中双向配置底板钢筋(4),在每条预制件的上部布置3行或3行以上、5列或5列以上的轻质材料的填充体(5),至少两道纵向实心肋中预埋钢筋桁架(8),至少3道横向实心肋中安装有横向支架(12),将2条或2条以上的预制件并联在一起,叠合板的上部钢筋(17)安放在钢筋桁架或横向支架上面,浇筑混凝土形成叠合板。本发明叠合板自重轻、适用跨度大、便于运输与安装,本发明具有很好的经济性和适用性,对建筑技术发展起促进作用。
