The invention relates to composite ceramsite high-strength concrete. A circular hole is formed in the center position in a natural ceramsite particle, a sawtooth-shaped fastening groove is formed in the circular hole, and a plurality of composite glass fiber strips are implanted into the sawtooth-shaped fastening groove; a ceramsite particle arc-shaped area and a ceramsite particle outer spherical surface area are arranged on the outer ring of the natural ceramsite particle at intervals; and a cement admixture is embedded into the ceramsite particle arc-shaped area. According to the composite ceramsite high-strength concrete, the cement admixture body is a naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, and the outer surface of the cement admixture body is covered with a composite super plasticizer; a burr surface layer area is arranged on one side surface of the natural ceramsite particle, and the other side surface of the natural ceramsite particle is a plane; and the composite glass fiber strips are wound out from the side plane of the natural ceramsite particle, and then the tail ends of the composite glass fiber strips are inserted into the burr surface layer area after surrounding the cement admixture, so that the production of the composite ceramsite high-strength concrete is realized.
