The invention provides a fabricated non-dismantling formwork support system and a manufacturing method of the non-dismantling formwork system. The fabricated non-dismantling formwork support system is used for closed plastic support for cast-in-place forming of concrete structure building components. The fabricated non-dismantling formwork support system comprises a scaffold, a back edge support, a surface support and formworks which are sequentially and fixedly arranged from outside to inside of the building components; the formworks are fabricated non-dismantling formworks without modulus specification limitation, and the sizes and the connecting and splicing precision of the adjacent formworks in all directions are both smaller than 0.5mm; and corner supports are arranged at the corners of the building components. The non-dismantling formwork system is in the continuous process of design, production, manufacturing and construction, and after automatic optimization splitting, bending, punching and numbering, high-precision rapid splicing is conducted on site. The overall process from design to construction is simplified, waste is small, construction is convenient and fast, the engineering quality is high, and the overall appearance is attractive.
