Method and device for monitoring pouring height of concrete filled steel tubular column
The invention relates to a method and device for monitoring the pouring height of a concrete filled steel tubular column. The method comprises the steps of providing a pressure sensor, and installing the pressure sensor on the inner wall of the bottom of a steel tube; in the process of pouring the concrete into the steel tube, monitoring the pressure of the poured concrete acting on the pressure sensor through the pressure sensor to form a first pressure value; and calculating the height of the concrete above the pressure sensor according to the first pressure value to obtain a first height value and outputting the first height value. The device is used for monitoring and guiding construction, the operation is convenient, the judgment is accurate, and the problems that when the concrete jacking height is too high, a manual operation frame needs to be erected for observation in the prior art,and aerial work is dangerous can be solved.
本发明涉及一种钢管混凝土柱浇筑高度的监测方法及其监测装置,其中方法包括提供压力传感器,将压力传感器安装于钢管底部的内壁;在向钢管内浇筑混凝土的过程中,通过压力传感器监测所浇筑的混凝土作用于压力传感器上的压力以形成第一压力值;根据第一压力值计算位于压力传感器上方的混凝土的高度以得到第一高度值并输出。通过本装置进行监测指导施工,操作方便,判断准确,可解决现有技术中混凝土顶升高度过高时需搭设人工操作架进行观测,高空作业危险的问题。
