The present invention provides a transparent resin film that has excellent weather resistance performance, even if a texture shape is formed on the surface thereof in order to impart excellent design properties. The present invention also provides a decorative sheet obtained using said transparent resin film, and a method for producing said decorative sheet. The present invention relates to a transparent resin film for protecting a pattern layer laminated on one side of a substrate, said transparent resin film characterized in that at least a surface protective layer and a transparent resin layer are laminated to form the transparent resin film, the transparent resin film has a texture shape on the surface protective layer side thereof, the thickness of the recesses of the texture shape of the transparent resin film is 100 [mu]m or more, and the transparent resin film contains an ultraviolet absorber.
