The invention discloses a carborundum HDPE self-adhesive film double-layer crossed reverse-adhesive waterproof coiled material which mainly comprises a waterproof coiled material body; a base layer comprises a first self-repairing rubber asphalt layer, a high-molecular composite framework material layer, a second self-repairing rubber asphalt layer, a high-molecular sheet layer and a high-molecular high-adhesive reinforcing layer; an HDPE waterproof layer is compounded on the upper surface or the lower surface of the integrally-formed polymer sheet layer, a second self-repairing rubber asphalt layer is compounded on the surface of the HDPE waterproof layer, and a polymer composite framework material layer is compounded on the upper surface of the second self-repairing rubber asphalt layer; and a self-repairing rubber asphalt layer is compounded on the upper surface of the polymer composite framework material layer, and the left side and the right side of the polymer sheet layer are reserved with the width of 8 cm-10 cm and coated with polymer high-adhesion reinforcing layers compounded with protective film layers. The waterproof reliability is effectively improved, and the waterproof coiled material has the use effects of being good in elasticity, stretch rate, crack resistance and impermeability and long in service life.
本发明公开了一种金刚砂HDPE自粘胶膜双层交叉反粘结防水卷材，主要为防水卷材本体，基层包括第一自修复性橡胶沥青层、高分子复核骨架材料层、第二自修复性橡胶沥青层、高分子片材层与高分子高粘结增强层，一体成型的高分子片材层的上表面或下表面复合分别复合有HDPE防水层，HDPE防水层的表面复合有第二自修复性橡胶沥青层，第二自修复性橡胶沥青层的上表面复合有有高分子复核骨架材料层，在高分子复核骨架材料层的上表面复合自修复性橡胶沥青层，高分子片材层的左右两侧预留8cm‑10cm宽度并涂附着复合有保护膜层的高分子高粘结增强层。本发明有效提高了防水的可靠性，且具有较好的弹性度、拉伸率、防裂痕、抗渗性能与使用寿命长的使用效果。
