The invention discloses an efficient combined flow constructed wetland system which comprises a grating adjusting tank, a full-automatic backwashing filter, an efficient combined flow constructed wetland, a pipeline A and a pipeline B. The grating adjusting tank is connected with the full-automatic backwashing filter through the pipeline A, and the full-automatic backwashing filter is connected with the efficient combined flow constructed wetland through the pipeline B; the invention further discloses an implementation method of the efficient combined flow constructed wetland system. According to the invention, sediments, retentate and stripped biological membranes generated in the operation process of the wetland are discharged out of the wetland unit regularly, so that smooth water flow in the wetland is ensured.
