The invention discloses high-elasticity-modulus ultra-high-performance concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is composed of the following components: 600 to 900 parts of Portland cement, 80 to 150 parts of silica fume, 50 to 80 parts of mineral powder, 150 to 250 parts of fly ash, 1000 to 1050 parts of sand, 150 to 200 parts of steel fiber, 10 to 40 parts of nano CaCO3, 150 to 300 parts of water and 5 to 20 parts of a water reducing agent. The preparation process is simple, and the high-elasticity-modulus ultra-high-performance concrete with excellent working performance, compressive strength and elasticity modulus can be prepared by adopting a conventional forced single-horizontal-shaft concrete mixer. The prepared high-elasticity-modulus ultra-high-performance concrete has the advantages of being good in working performance, high in compressive strength, high in elasticity modulus and the like, and has high engineering application value.
本发明公开了一种高弹性模量超高性能混凝土及其制备方法,该种混凝土的组成如下:硅酸盐水泥600‑900份、硅灰80‑150份、矿粉50‑80份、粉煤灰150‑250份、砂1000‑1050份、钢纤维150‑200份、纳米CaCO310‑40份、水150‑300份、减水剂5‑20份。本发明制备工艺简单,采用常规的强制式单卧轴混凝土搅拌机即可制备出工作性能、抗压强度、弹性模量优良的高弹性模量超高性能混凝土。本发明制备的高弹性模量超高性能混凝土具有工作性能好、抗压强度高、弹性模量高等优点,具有较高的工程应用价值。
