The invention provides a preparation method of a fiber-reinforced silicon dioxide aerogel thermal insulation material. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning glass fibers, and drying for later use; dissolving tetraethyl orthosilicate in ethanol to obtain an ethanol solution of the tetraethyl orthosilicate, then weighing deionized water, adding the deionized water into the ethanol solution of the tetraethyl orthosilicate, fully stirring to uniformly mix to obtain a mixed solution, dropwise adding hydrochloric acid into the mixed solution to adjust the pH value of the mixed solution to 3-4, then stirring and hydrolyzing at 40-42 DEG C to obtain a hydrolysate, and cooling to room temperature; adding an ammonia water solution into the hydrolysate while stirring to obtain sol; adding glass fibers into the sol, fully stirring, and aging at constant temperature to obtain wet gel; and adding trimethylchlorosilane and n-hexane into the wet gel for modification, then heating at a constant temperature, after heating is completed, soaking with n-hexane, rinsing, and drying to obtain the fiber-reinforced silicon dioxide aerogel thermal insulation material.
本发明提供一种纤维增强二氧化硅气凝胶隔热材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:清洗玻璃纤维,干燥后备用;将正硅酸乙酯溶于乙醇中,得到正硅酸乙酯的乙醇溶液,然后量取去离子水加入到正硅酸乙酯的乙醇溶液中,充分搅拌使其混合均匀,得到混合溶液,向混合溶液中滴加盐酸调节混合溶液的pH值至3~4,然后在40~42℃的条件下搅拌水解,得到水解液,并冷却至室温;边搅拌边向水解液中加入氨水溶液,即得到溶胶;将玻璃纤维加入溶胶中,充分搅拌,然后恒温陈化,得到湿凝胶;向湿凝胶中加入三甲基氯硅烷和正己烷改性,然后恒温加热,加热完成后,利用正己烷浸泡、冲洗,干燥,即得到纤维增强二氧化硅气凝胶隔热材料。
