The invention provides an all-zirconia ceramic dental implant and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of oral implantation. Herein, zirconium oxide powder is used as a raw material, zirconium oxide powder is added into molten PC, homogeneous gel with zirconium oxide is prepared, then heating is conducted, PC in the homogeneous gel with zirconium oxide volatilizes at the high temperature of 2700-3000 DEG C, zirconium oxide in the homogeneous gel with zirconium oxide is molten at the temperature of 2700-3000 DEG C, and the zirconium oxide in the homogeneous gel with zirconium oxide is melted at the temperature of 2700-3000 DEG C, thereby forming filiform all-zirconium-oxide short fiber cotton from single zirconium oxide particles; then the filiform all-zirconium-oxide short fiber cotton is mixed with zirconium oxide powder, and an organic binder is added for granulation; finally, the implant tooth green body is manufactured by adopting an injection molding technology and then is degreased and sintered, wherein the molding direction of zirconium oxide unit cells can be changed in the sintering process; therefore, the impact strength and the bending strength of the all-zirconia ceramic dental implant are improved.
本发明提供了一种全氧化锆陶瓷种植牙及其制备方法,属于口腔种植技术领域。本发明以氧化锆粉末为原料,将氧化锆粉末加入熔融态的PC中,制得带有氧化锆的均质凝胶,再进行加热,带有氧化锆的均质凝胶中的PC在2700~3000℃的高温下挥发,带有氧化锆的均质凝胶中的氧化锆在2700~3000℃温度下熔化,单颗氧化锆颗粒形成丝状的全氧化锆短纤维棉,将丝状的全氧化锆短纤维棉与氧化锆粉末混合后并加入有机物粘结剂造粒,采用注射成型技术得到种植牙生坯,生坯经脱脂后烧结,烧结过程使得氧化锆晶胞的成型方向发生改变,从而提高了全氧化锆陶瓷种植牙的抗冲击强度和弯曲强度。
