The invention provides a method for repairing a small flue of a coke oven, and belongs to the technical field of coke oven maintenance. The method forrepairing the small flue of the coke oven comprises the steps of smearing a first repairing material from the interior of the small flue of the coke oven to a gap between a double-fork birdmouth of a connecting pipe of an exchange shutter and a lining of the small flue of the coke oven, and pouring a second repairing material into the small flue of the coke oven so as to enable the second repairing material to flow to a brick joint at the bottom of the small flue of the coke oven. The small flue of the coke oven is repaired from the interior of the small flue of the coke oven, so that a gap between the small flue of the coke oven and the double-fork birdmouth of the connecting pipe of the exchange shutter can be more stably repaired, and the fire and the blast furnace gas leakage caused by the fact that air is sucked into the small flue of the coke oven filled with blast furnace gas during ascending airflow are prevented. Meanwhile, gaps in different parts are filled by a smearing method and a perfusion method, so that the gaps in the small flue of the coke oven can be completely filled with the repairing material, and the small flue of the coke oven is prevented from being burnt due to blow-by.
