Non-prestressed T-shaped beam with corrugated steel webs
The invention particularly relates to a non-prestress T-shaped beam provided with corrugated steel webs, and solves the problems that an existing prestress T-shaped beam is prone to prestress fatigue, web cracking and uneven stress of a beam body in application. The non-prestress T-shaped beam provided with corrugated steel webs comprises a plurality of T-shaped beam bodies, each T-shaped beam body comprises a concrete top plate, the corrugated steel webs and a plurality of steel partition plates are vertically arranged on the lower side of the concrete top plate, and the top ends of the corrugated steel webs and the top ends of the steel partition plates are fixedly connected with the concrete top plate; the bottom of the corrugated steel web and the bottom of each steel partition plate abut against the bridge support. The corrugated steel webs of the two adjacent T-shaped beam bodies in the longitudinal direction are fixedly connected; the steel partition plates of every two adjacent T-shaped beam bodies in the transverse direction are fixedly connected. The T-shaped beam with the design curvature is achieved, the number of split spans is greatly increased, the use safety of the T-shaped beam is effectively improved, and the T-shaped beam has the advantages of being light in self weight, high in structural strength and long in service life.
本发明具体是一种设有波形钢腹板的无预应力的T形梁,解决了现有预应力T形梁在应用中易出现预应力疲劳、腹板开裂、梁体受力不均匀的问题。一种设有波形钢腹板的无预应力的T形梁,包括若干个T形梁本体,T形梁本体包括混凝土顶板,混凝土顶板的下侧竖向设置有波形钢腹板和若干个钢隔板,波形钢腹板的顶端部、各个钢隔板的顶端部均与混凝土顶板固定连接;波形钢腹板的底部、各个钢隔板的底部均抵触于桥梁支座;沿纵向相邻的两个T形梁本体的波形钢腹板固定连接;沿横向相邻的两个T形梁本体的钢隔板固定连接。本发明实现了带有设计曲度的T形梁,分联跨数大幅度增加,有效提高了本发明的使用安全性,具有自重轻、结构强度高、运营寿命长的优点。
