The invention discloses a construction technology of a cable bent tower beam. The construction technology comprises the following steps of a, constructing a thin-wall box type structure tower column and an embedded part; b, installing a protection construction platform; c, mounting pi-shaped frames, specifically, c1, arranging four pi-shaped frames in the longitudinal direction of the tower column, mounting and fixing two outer side inclined legs by utilizing climbing cone embedded parts of the climbing formwork, and arranging three I-shaped steel parallel connectors between the two outer side inclined legs; and then installing two inner side inclined legs, and horizontally connecting the upper sides and the lower sides of the inner side inclined legs and fixing to the corresponding I-shaped steel. The construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种索塔横梁的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:a、薄壁箱型结构塔柱及预埋件的施工;b、防护施工平台安装;c、π架安装,具体包括:c1、在塔柱的纵向设置四道π架,利用爬模的爬锥预埋件安装固定两道外侧斜腿,两道外侧斜腿之间设置3道工字钢平联;接着安装两道内侧斜腿,内侧斜腿上侧和下侧均与对应的工字钢平联固定。本发明具有减少施工成本,缩短工期。
