Tensioning method for prestressing tendons adjacent to existing line box girders
The invention discloses a method for tensioning prestressing tendons adjacent to existing line box girders. The method comprises the steps of 1, installing a tensioning lifting device; 2, pouring and maintaining the box girder; 3, penetrating and fixing the prestressing tendons; 4, moving and installing a center hole jack; 5, fixing the center hole jack; 6, tensioning the prestressing tendons; and 7, tensioning the next prestressing tendon. The tension lifting device is arranged on the hanging basket main truss, so that the tension lifting device can move along with the hanging basket, repeated installation of the tension lifting device is avoided, meanwhile, use of large machines can be reduced, and construction procedures are simplified; the cross-core jack is moved by adopting the tensioning lifting device, traditional construction is replaced, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened; and material transfer and machine tool transfer are prevented from being limited on the premise of being adjacent to the existing line, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
本发明公开了一种邻近既有线箱梁预应力束张拉方法,该方法包括:步骤一、安装张拉起吊装置;步骤二、浇筑并养护箱梁;步骤三、穿设并固定预应力束;步骤四、移动并安装穿心千斤顶;步骤五、固定穿心千斤顶;步骤六、张拉预应力束;步骤七、张拉下一个预应力束。本发明通过在所述挂篮主桁架上设置张拉起吊装置,使得所述张拉起吊装置能随着挂篮一起移动,避免重复安装所述张拉起吊装置,同时也可减少使用大型机械,简化了施工工序;采用所述张拉起吊装置对穿心千斤顶进行移动,代替传统施工,降低了施工成本,缩短了施工工期;避免在邻近既有线的前提下材料倒运、机具倒运受到限制,降低了施工难度。
