Bridge beam replacing method and system
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge maintenance, in particular to a bridge beam replacing method and system. The method comprises the following steps that an old beam is integrally and longitudinally moved, one end of the old beam is moved to a set dismantling position to be dismantled, and after the other end of the old beam is connected with a new beam, the old beam is longitudinally moved along with the old beam till the old beam is replaced with the new beam. The system comprises a dismantling support platform arranged at a set dismantling position and used for dismantling an old beam; an assembly bracket platform which is used for connecting the new beam to the other end of the old beam; sliding mechanisms which are arranged at the lower parts of the old beam and the new beam and on the pier top, the dismantling support platform and the assembling support platform; and a driving mechanism which is used for longitudinally moving the old beam to a set dismantling position. The problems that in the prior art, old beam dismantling and new beam erecting are carried out separately, the construction efficiency is low, the traffic interruption time is long, and a large amount of cost is correspondingly increased can be solved.
