The invention provides a geomembrane connecting structure. The geomembrane connecting structure comprises a Z-shaped geomembrane, a shaping steel plate set matched with the Z-shaped geomembrane and a concrete connecting wall; the Z-shaped geomembrane is laid on the surface of the side, close to the upstream of water flow, of the shaping steel plate set, the Z-shaped geomembrane and the shaping steel plate set form a combined structure, and the concrete connecting wall is connected with a to-be-connected construction structure facility and the combined structure; and the concrete connecting wall is divided into a vertical part and a part with an inclination angle theta, and the combined structure is perpendicular to the vertical part and is partially embedded into the concrete connecting wall. The invention further provides a construction method of the geomembrane connecting structure. The construction method comprises the following steps of S1, parameter design, S2, mounting and fixing, and S3, concrete connecting wall pouring. Mutual construction interference is avoided; the concrete connecting wall is additionally arranged, and the geomembrane and the to-be-connected construction structure facility are effectively connected into a whole; and the shaping steel plate set is arranged for positioning and fixing, and the overall anti-seepage effect of an anti-seepage body is guaranteed.
