By means of the main pipe with the loops and the branch pipes forming the new loops with the main pipe, water flow can reach water consumption points through multiple paths, mutual interference among the water consumption points is weak, and therefore the hydraulic balance performance is improved, meanwhile, the number of water flowing paths is large, flowing of the water is guaranteed, and the influence on water quality is small.
