The bamboo roof device comprises a bamboo arch, a water spraying system and a temperature measuring system, wherein the bamboo arch comprises a combined truss upper chord member, a combined truss web member and circular bamboo bundles; the upper end of the combined truss web member is connected with the combined truss upper chord member, and the circular bamboo bundles are arranged on the two sides of the lower end of the combined truss web member respectively; and the water spraying system comprises a plurality of spraying heads, spraying pipes and a plurality of temperature sensors, the spraying heads and the spraying pipes are arranged on the two sides of the circular bamboo bundles, and the temperature sensors are arranged on the lower surfaces of the circular bamboo bundles at intervals. The bamboo arch with a reliable structural stress system is matched with a spraying protection measure; and the water spraying system is provided with the temperature measuring system, the surface temperature of the bamboo arch is monitored in real time through the sensors, the temperature sensors sense temperature rise under the fire condition, the water spraying system is automatically started after the temperature of the sensors exceeds 68 DEG C, water mist forms an isolation layer under the bamboo arch to cool the bamboo arch, the bearing capacity of the bamboo arch is reserved, and fire damage is avoided.
