The invention belongs to the technical field of building sound insulation, and discloses a shielding and sound insulation connecting system, a control method and application. The shielding and sound insulation connecting system is provided with a connecting frame, wherein the connecting frame is provided with a sound insulation cavity and a sound absorption cavity, a sound insulation assembly is clamped in the sound insulation cavity, and a sound absorption assembly used for absorbing sound penetrating through the sound insulation assembly is arranged in the sound absorption cavity; the sound insulation assembly is arranged in the sound absorption cavity and used for separating the sound absorption cavity; the section of the connecting frame is of a stepped structure, the connecting frame is provided with a structure which is in a shape of a Chinese character 'Tu (convex)', and the structure which is in a shape of the Chinese character 'Tu (convex)' can be conveniently inserted between two adjacent shielding and sound insulation modules; and a connecting frame material frame adopts one of an aluminum plate frame, a stainless steel frame, an alloy material frame or a composite material frame. According to the shielding and sound insulation connecting system, when the sound passes through a shielding and sound insulation connecting plate, most of sound waves are isolated outside by the sound insulation assembly, a small part of sound waves entering the sound absorption cavity are absorbed by sound absorption filler and sound absorption felt, finally, the extremely high sound insulation effect is achieved, the sound is effectively isolated, and information leakage is avoided.
