The invention discloses energy-saving thermal-insulation wall structures. The energy-saving thermal-insulation wall structures aim to solve the problems that current external wall thermal bridges are large in quantity, the thickness of an assembled external wall thermal-insulation layer is limited, and near-zero-energy-consumption buildings cannot be constructed. A first structure comprises a base layer wall body, a thermal insulation layer, an outer wall hanging object and a connecting iron piece thereof, local cement polymer mortar and a pre-embedded steel plate. The thermal insulation layer is adhered to the base layer wall body, the local cement polymer mortar and the pre-embedded steel plate are arranged on the outer surface of the thermal insulation layer, and the connecting iron piece for mounting the outer wall hanging object is connected with the pre-embedded steel plate. According to a second structure, inner leaf concrete, a thermal insulation and outer leaf concrete of a sandwich concrete shear wall prefabricated wallboard or a prefabricated sandwich externally-hung wallboard are bonded layer by layer; a pre-embedded steel plate is embedded in the outer leaf concrete, a connecting iron piece for mounting an outer wall hanging object is connected with the pre-embedded steel plate, and the energy-saving thermal-insulation wall structure for mounting the outer wall hanging object on a thermal insulation broken bridge on assembly fabricated type wall is formed.
