The fiber-reinforced lightweight flexible concrete wallboard comprises a rock wool heat-insulation core layer, wherein first metal meshes are arranged on the two sides of the rock wool heat-insulation core layer respectively; a gap is formed between each first metal mesh and the rock wool heat-insulation core layer; the first metal meshes on the two sides are connected through inclined inserting abdominal wires; the first metal meshes are welded on the inclined inserting abdominal wires; the fiber-reinforced lightweight flexible concrete wallboard is characterized in that second metal meshes are further arranged on the two sides of the rock wool heat-insulation core layer; the second metal meshes are clung to the rock wool heat-insulation core layer; the second metal meshes are also welded on the inclined inserting abdominal wires; the rock wool heat-insulation core layer is subjected to surface pre-treatment and a surface treatment agent is prepared from the following components according to the mass ratio of organic emulsion to continuous fiber chopped yarns to cement to fine sand of 0.1-0.4: 0.001-0.05: 1: 1; and lightweight concrete is poured outside the rock wool heat-insulation core layer subjected to the surface pre-treatment so that the bending-resisting and pulling-resisting strength of the wallboard is improved and guarantees are provided for the safety performance of a whole wall body system.
