The invention provides heat preservation and insulation type multi-layer composite glass. The composite glass comprises a first glass plate and a framework connected with the first glass plate, wherein the framework is further connected with a second glass plate and a third glass plate which are parallel to the first glass plate, a first connecting layer is clamped between the first glass plate and the second glass plate, a first cavity is defined by the first connecting layer, the first glass plate and the second glass plate, a second connecting layer is clamped between the second glass plate and the third glass plate, the framework comprises a connecting cylinder penetrating through the second glass plate and the third glass plate, and a first mounting cylinder connected with the connecting cylinder. According to the composite glass, other structures cannot be observed outside a curtain wall after the multi-layer composite glass is installed, meanwhile, installation of the multi-layer composite glass is achieved through the middle framework structure, and the situation that the glass is broken due to the fact that the outer frame plate collides with a steel structure on a wall is avoided.
