The invention relates to the technical field of steel-reinforced concrete structures, and particularly relates to a steel-reinforced concrete cast-in-place plate and a steel-reinforced concrete wall. A steel framework of the cast-in-place plate comprises a bottom plate and a plurality of connecting parts, wherein each connecting part comprises first angle steel and second angle steel which are oppositely arranged at intervals, and a vertical connecting column and an inclined connecting column which are arranged between the first angle steel and the second angle steel. According to the steel-reinforced concrete cast-in-place plate, the construction difficulty can be simplified, the binding force between concrete and the connecting parts can be increased, and meanwhile, the bearing capacity and the bending resistance of the steel-reinforced concrete cast-in-place plate are improved; under the condition of the same performance, the steel consumption can be reduced, and the cost is reduced. The wall comprises two wall modules, wherein each wall module comprises a side plate and a plurality of connecting parts. Compared with a steel-reinforced concrete wall adopting a reinforcing mesh framework in the prior art, the steel-reinforced concrete cast-in-place plate is more beneficial to factory assembly and production, and the construction time is saved; and the structure of the connecting parts can effectively improve the binding force between the concrete and the connecting parts, and the vertical bearing capacity and the bending resistance of the wall are improved to different degrees.
