The invention discloses an adjustable heightening part construction system of a simple attached scaffold support. Channel steel is welded into two parts through welding rods, and the two parts are connected through bolts to form a heightening part. The hole distance and the number of bolt holes of the transverse channel steel and the inclined channel steel are determined according to the size change of an outer wall, and after the height of the heightening part is adjusted, bolts penetrate through the bolt holes to firmly connect horizontal channel steel connecting elements and inclined channel steel connecting elements back to back. The problems that due to the fact that the size of an outer wall of an existing high-rise building or an existing super high-rise building is shrunk or protrudes outwards, the heightening part is exchanged back and forth, the construction difficulty is large, the labor and material input is increased, and the cost is increased are solved, meanwhile, the system is arranged at a time, the system can be synchronously lifted along with an outer wall attached scaffold, and construction safety is ensured.
本发明公开了一种简易附着式脚手架支座可调节加高件施工体系,由槽钢采用焊条焊接成两部分通过螺栓连接而成加高件;横向、斜向槽钢根据外墙尺寸变化定好螺栓孔孔距和数量,加高件高度调整好后,采用螺栓穿过螺栓孔将水平、斜向槽钢连接元件背对背连接牢固。本发明解决了目前高层及超高层建筑外墙尺寸收缩或者外凸变化导致加高件来回调换,施工难度大、人工及材料投入增多、成本增加的问题,同时一次设置完成,便可随外墙附着脚手架同步提升,确保施工安全。
