The invention provides a formwork reinforcing device. The formwork reinforcing device is used for fixing a first formwork and a second formwork and comprises supporting pieces and fixing pieces. The supporting pieces comprise supporting parts and first abutting parts. The supporting parts are provided with supporting surfaces, the supporting faces are attached to the first formwork, and mounting holes are formed in the supporting parts; the first abutting parts are fixed to the end faces of the sides, away from the supporting faces, of the supporting piece; and parts of the fixing plates extend into the mounting holes and fix the second formwork. The invention further provides a formwork system. The formwork system comprises the first formwork, the second formwork, a third formwork and the formwork reinforcing device. The second formwork and the third formwork are perpendicularly arranged on the same side of the first formwork, the supporting part is attached to the first formwork, and the two fixing pieces correspondingly penetrate through the two mounting holes in the supporting part and extend into the second formwork and the third formwork.
