The invention discloses hydraulic grouting equipment with a long service life. The hydraulic grouting equipment comprises a power cylinder and detachably connected inlet and outlet equipment; the power cylinder comprises a grouting cylinder and a hydraulic cylinder which are connected with each other; piston assemblies are arranged in the grouting cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder; each piston assembly comprises a piston rod penetrating through the grouting cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder; the piston rods are sleeved with a first-stage piston and second-stage cylinder guide sleeves; the first-stage piston seals a joint of the grouting cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder; the two second-stage cylinder guide sleeves are arranged in the grouting cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder respectively; the hydraulic cylinder and the grouting cylinder are each provided with two sets of connectors; the two ends of the piston rods are arranged outside the grouting cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder; and the inlet and outlet equipment comprises a tee joint used for being connected with a connector of the grouting cylinder and an inlet part and an outlet part connected with the two ends of the tee joint. The inlet part and the outlet part of any inlet and outlet equipment are alternately connected or disconnected under a stress condition, so that double-station or double-slurry simultaneous operation can be achieved, and then the purpose of effectively reducing equipment cost input is achieved.
