A toilet room is arranged on the ground; a front chamber and a rear chamber are arranged underground; a closet pan and a pressing type cleaning water bucket are arranged in the toilet room; the lower end of the closet pan communicates with an inner cavity of the front chamber through a drain pipe; a water outlet of the pressing type cleaning water bucket is formed in the closet pan; the front chamber communicates with the rear chamber through a double-chamber connecting pipe; the lower end of an exhaust pipe communicates with the side wall of the upper end of the front chamber; the upper end of the exhaust pipe is detachably connected with the top of the toilet room; and a microbial degradation strain for degrading a mixture of excrement and urine is arranged in the front chamber.
