The invention discloses an efficient environment-friendly plant. The efficient environment-friendly plant comprises a plant body and a bottom water treatment device; a top frame is mounted at the left top and the right top of the plant body; a water collecting tank is mounted above the middle of the top frame; a rainwater diversion assembly is arranged in the water collecting tank; a rainwater treatment device is mounted at the bottom of the rainwater diversion assembly in a communicating mode; a water storage top bin is horizontally mounted at the joint of the top frame and a bearing frame; a plurality of water conveying devices are further vertically mounted in the plant body; and a drainage device is arranged on each of the four edges of the bearing frame. According to the efficient environment-friendly plant, rainwater is effectively utilized for dust suppression treatment of the plant, meanwhile, the water conveying devices and the drainage devices are mounted in the plant, and thus when the rainwater is insufficient, the water conveying devices and the drainage devices can be matched with the bottom water treatment device for standby water supply; and in the rainy season, the drainage devices can drain water in the water storage top bin into the bottom water treatment device, the situation that the weight of the tops of the devices is too large, and consequently the plant collapses is prevented, the environment-friendly requirement is met, and the internal operation environment of the plant is improved.
