The foaming base body is of a plate-shaped structure with foaming holes, the surface of the foaming base body is provided with a concave wire arranging groove, the wire arranging groove comprises a first end, a second end and a groove body communicated between the first end and the second end, the first end and the second end of the wire arrangement groove extend to different edges of the same side of the foaming base body, the wire arrangement groove is used for arranging an electric heating wire, the length of the electric heating wire is larger than that of a groove body of the wire arrangement groove, the two ends of the electric heating wire extend out of the different edges of the same side of the foaming base body respectively, and the extended electric heating wire can be connected with an external power supply through a power line so as to realize heating and heat supply. An electric heating brick adopts the ceramic and/or glass foaming base body to replace a foam plate, and is high in pressure resistance, high in heating efficiency and simple and convenient in paving mode.
