The invention discloses a tramcar level crossing safety detection device and method based on image recognition. The device comprises sound-light alarm equipment, an image acquisition and processing device and a barrier gate system. The barrier gate system ascends and descends a road rod according to the analysis result of the image acquisition and processing device, and gives out an alarm prompt through the sound-light alarm device, so that vehicles and pedestrians passing through the level crossing can safely pass through the level crossing. By additionally arranging the image acquisition and processing device and improving the barrier gate mechanism, warning information can be sent out before the tramcar arrives at the level crossing, so that danger caused by invasion of vehicles and pedestrians in a crossing protection area is prevented, and meanwhile, foreign matters statically located in the crossing protection area can be accurately recognized; and then the rising and falling of the road rod are controlled according to the result, so that the driving safety of the tramcar when passing through the crossing protection area is ensured, and the safety of the tramcar when passing through the crossing protection area is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种基于图像识别的有轨电车平交道口安全检测装置及方法,所述装置包括声光报警设备、图像采集与处理装置以及道闸系统;道闸系统根据图像采集与处理装置的分析结果起落道杆,并通过声光报警设备发出报警提示,从而使通过平交道口的车辆及行人安全通过。本发明通过增设图像采集与处理装置,结合对道闸机构的改进,可在有轨电车到达平交道口前,发出警示信息,防止道口防护区域有车辆和行人入侵发生危险,同时还能够准确识别静止位于道口防护区域内的异物,然后再根据结果来控制道杆的起落,确保有轨电车通过道口防护区域时的行车安全,极大的提高了有轨电车经过道口防护区域的安全性。
