Gangue resource utilization process
The invention relates to a gangue resource utilization process which is suitable for being used in the field of gangue resource utilization. The process comprises the following steps: firstly, crushing the collected gangue with residual raw coal, then carrying out property analysis on the crushed gangue mixture, and then selecting an adaptive additive according to the property analysis; meanwhile, crushing biomass raw materials, then adding a sodium hydroxide solution for modification, and then using filtrate as a binder; and finally, uniformly mixing the crushed gangue, the binder, the raw coal and the additive, and preparing a universal solid fuel by using a forming machine. Universal solid fuel is applied to industrial production and power generation, ash generated after combustion is ground and screened, and a water reducing agent and an admixture are added into the sorted ash to prepare the building material. The gangue is effectively utilized, and the problems of high energy consumption and heavy pollution in the building industry can be solved.
本发明涉及一种矸石资源化利用工艺,适用于矸石资源化利用领域中使用。首先将采集后还残留原煤的矸石进行破碎,之后对破碎后的矸石混合物进行性质分析,之后根据性质分析选择适配的添加剂;同时破碎生物质原料,之后加入氢氧化钠溶液进行改性,之后将滤液作为粘结剂;最后将破碎矸石、粘结剂以及原煤和添加剂混合均匀,利用成型机制备成通用的固体燃料;将通用的固体燃料应用于工业生产以及发电,将燃烧后产生的灰渣进行磨矿筛分,在分选出来的灰渣加入减水剂和掺合料制备建筑材料。有效利用矸石,并且可以解决建筑行业能耗高、污染重的问题。
