Coal-based solid waste geopolymer cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a coal-based solid waste geopolymer cementing material with coal gangue and fly ash as main materials, desulfurized gypsum as a mineral admixture and hydroxide and liquid water glass as composite activator ligands, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the silicon-aluminum mixture, preparing the alkaline activator ligand and preparing the geopolymer cementing material. The coal gangue activating treatment mode and the variety and the mixing amount of the composite alkaline excitant are determined. The geopolymer cementing material is composed of a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the component A (mixture) comprises 60% of coal gangue powder, 35% of fly ash and cement and 5% of desulfurized gypsum; the material B (ligand) comprises 4-16% of water glass (accounting for A) and 2-4% of hydroxide (accounting for A); and the material C comprises 50% of water (accounting for A) and 2-4% of an additive (accounting for A). Compared with Portland cement, the geopolymer has the characteristics of low energy consumption, low pollution, low production cost and simple process, accords with the green, energy-saving, environment-friendly and high-performance development direction of building materials in the 21st century, and has good economic and social benefits.
本发明公开了一种以煤矸石、粉煤灰为主料,以脱硫石膏为矿物外加剂,以氢氧化物和液体水玻璃为复合激发剂配体的煤基固废地聚物胶凝材料及制备方法。制备步骤:硅铝质混合料→碱性激发剂配体→地聚物胶凝材料。本发明确定了煤矸石活化处理方式和复合碱性激发剂品种和掺量。地聚物胶凝材料由组分A、B和C构成:A料(混合料):煤矸石粉60%、粉煤灰和水泥35%、脱硫石膏5%;B料(配体):水玻璃4%—16%(占A)、氢氧化物2%—4%(占A);C料:水50%(占A)、外加剂2%—4%(占A)。与硅酸盐水泥相比,该地聚物具有低能耗、低污染、生产成本低、工艺简单的特性,符合21世纪建材绿色、节能、环保、高性能的发展方向,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
