SiC/TiC layered composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of inorganic non-metallic materials, and discloses a SiC/TiC layered composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is composed of SiC layers and TiC layers which are alternately distributed and parallel to each other. The preparation method comprises the following five steps: (1) the carbon film is pretreated; (2) the carbon film is converted into the SiC film through a molten salt reaction; (3) the carbon film is converted into a TiC film through the molten salt reaction; (4) the SiC film and the TiC film are stacked layer by layer; and (5) the SiC/TiC layered block composite material is subjected to vacuum hot-pressing sintering. The method is simple in process and low in cost, and the prepared material is uniform in microstructure and high in density. In addition, the preparation method is also suitable for preparation of other carbide films and composite materials, so that the preparation method of the carbide layered composite material is greatly expanded.
本发明涉及无机非金属材料领域,公开了一种SiC/TiC层状复合材料及其制备方法,该复合材料由交替分布且互相平行的SiC层和TiC层组成;其制备方法由①碳膜的预处理、②通过熔盐反应将碳膜转化为SiC膜、③通过熔盐反应将碳膜转化为TiC膜、④SiC膜与TiC膜的逐层堆叠及⑤SiC/TiC层状复合材料的真空热压烧结五个步骤组成。本发明工艺简单,成本低廉,且制备出的材料微观结构均匀,致密度高。另外,本发明也适合其他碳化物膜及复合材料的制备,因此大大扩展了碳化物系层状复合材料的制备方法。
