The invention discloses an arch deck bridge seismic mitigation and isolation support which comprises a support body, an upper support plate, a lower support plate and shock absorbers. The support body comprises an upper support body, a lower support body and a spherical crown lining plate, each shock absorber comprises a cylinder body, a piston rod and a top plate, and a spring is arranged between the top plate and the cylinder body; and an annular groove is formed in the side wall of the lower portion in the cylinder body, a piston, an oil storage cavity and an oil outlet groove are arranged in the cylinder body, an oil outlet hole connected with the oil outlet groove is formed in the side wall of the cylinder body, and an oil outlet mechanism is arranged between the oil storage cavity and the oil outlet groove. The spherical crown lining plate is arranged between the upper support body and the lower support body in the passing direction, the upper support body, the spherical crown lining plate and the lower support body are matched in a cambered surface mode, friction energy dissipation can be performed in the vehicle passing direction in a seismic state, and the shock absorbers are arranged on the two sides of the passing direction of the support. Each shock absorber is used for solving the impact of geological vibration, vehicle load and temperature stress on a bridge in the passing vertical direction, the shock resistance and pressure resistance of the support are improved, and shear deformation of the support is avoided.
