The invention discloses a steep slope energy dissipation facility. The facility comprises an inlet connecting section, a control gate section, a steep slope energy dissipation section and an outlet connecting section which are sequentially arranged in the water flow direction, wherein the steep slope energy dissipation section comprises a steep slope, a plurality of stilling pools arranged in the inclination direction of the steep slope and auxiliary stilling devices arranged between the adjacent stilling pools, and the auxiliary stilling devices are used for separating water flow; and a back-flushing device is arranged on the rear wall of the stilling pool at the bottommost end of the steep slope and generates back-flushing water flow opposite to the flow direction of the discharged water flow at a certain angle. According to the facility, the back-flushing device is used for generating back-flushing water flow, counter-impact force is provided for discharged water flow, and the discharged water flow and the back-flushing water flow are mixed, so that the hydraulic jump condition of the water flow is controlled, and the purpose of improving the energy dissipation rate is achieved.
