The invention relates to a construction method of a pre-laid waterproof roll overlapping edge of a bottom plate and a bottom plate side mold supporting structure. A bottom plate side mold adopts a wood template. The method comprises the steps that a cushion layer is constructed; a bottom plate boundary line is snapped on the cushion layer; a pre-laid waterproof roll is laid in the bottom plate boundary line on the cushion layer, part of the pre-laid waterproof roll is reserved as the overlapping edge, and the overlapping edge extends out of the boundary line and is laid on the cushion layer; an isolation plate is laid on the overlapping edge to isolate the overlapping edge; the wood template is adopted to build the bottom plate side mold and is reinforced; and subsequent construction is carried out.
