The invention discloses a foundation pile integrity detection method and device. The method comprises the steps that a center temperature measuring optical cable is arranged in the vertical center of a reinforcement cage through a hollow pipe, a peripheral temperature measuring optical cable is evenly wound around the reinforcement cage, the reinforcement cage is hoisted into a pile hole, concrete is poured, the hollow pipe is pulled out, a light source is arranged and turned on, temperature values are measured through the temperature measuring optical cables during initial setting of the concrete, a controller records all the temperature values measured by the center temperature measuring optical cable to form a center temperature field and records all the temperature values measured by the peripheral temperature measuring optical cable to form a peripheral temperature field, the difference values between the temperature values of the center temperature field in a certain depth area and the temperature values of the peripheral temperature field in the depth area are calculated, and whether a large fluctuation range exists between the difference values or not is judged through comparison; and when the large fluctuation range exists between the difference values, that the integrity of a foundation pile has defects is judged. The foundation pile integrity detection method and device can detect the integrity of the foundation pile and have the beneficial effects that cost is low, construction is convenient, the foundation pile is not damaged, and detection is conducted under the low clearance condition.
