The invention provides a bucket with a system for monitoring and maintaining a shovel arm of a forklift. A pressure sensor is mounted in the bucket, a leak hole for unloading overweight bulk cargoes is formed in the bucket, a sliding sheet capable of adjusting the position is mounted at the leak hole, and a central processing unit and a data receiving module are mounted in a cab of the forklift. According to stress monitoring in the bucket, a central system reduces damage to the forklift as much as possible by adopting such modes as avoiding shoveling cargoes exceeding the bearing capacity of the forklift and dumping partial bulk cargoes if the cargoes exceed the bearing capacity, and meanwhile, the angle of the bucket driven by the shovel arm to operate after the cargoes are shoveled is adjusted in a matched mode to enable the bearing capacity of each part to be minimum so as to protect the shovel arm; and great help is brought to prolong the service life of other parts such as the shovel arm; and in addition, due to automatic adjustment, manpower can be reduced, linkage with unmanned driving can be achieved, the forklift can complete the good cargo shoveling process in the unmanned state, and therefore the practicability of an unmanned loading and unloading vehicle is further improved.
本发明提供一种带有监测与维护铲车铲臂系统的铲斗,在铲斗内安装有压力传感器,并在铲斗上开设有用于卸除超重散货的漏孔,且在漏孔处安装有可以调整位置的滑片,还在铲车驾驶室内安装有中央处理器及数据接收模块,根据铲斗内的受力监测,中央系统采取避免铲取超出铲车承受力的货物,若超出承受力则倾倒部分散货等方式尽可能降低铲车受到的损伤,同时还配合调整铲取货物后铲臂带动铲斗运行的角度使各部分承受力量最小来保护铲臂,对于延长铲臂等其他零件使用寿命有很大的帮助。另外,由于其自动化调整,除了可以减少人力之外,还可以与无人驾驶联动,让铲车在无人的状态下也能够完成较好的铲货过程,从而进一步提高无人装卸车的实用性。
