According to the shower column stepless position adjusting structure, the height of the shower head shell is adjustable, that is, the height of the water outlet panel can be flexibly adjusted according to the user requirements, and the use requirements of different crowds are met; and the position adjusting structure is suitable for a top shower head of a shower column and also suitable for a side shower head, flexible height adjustment is achieved, the shower heads do not need to be taken down, and the use safety of the shower heads can be guaranteed.
